Caliber: Breitling 13 // Vibrations per hour: 28,800 // Jewels: 25
The Crosswind Racing is a more "technical" variation of the Crosswind super-chronograph. Despite its identical size, this version is characterized by a more discreet appearance typifies by its case, available in brushed or polished steel. The Crosswind Racing is also intended to be more effective for reading off the current time and measured times, thanks to a contrasting and highly legible dial with over sized hour-markers

Caliber: Breitling 44 // Vibrations per hour: 28,800 // Jewels: 38
The ongoing success of the Crosswind has led Breitling to develop a very special version of its super-chronograph. The Crosswind Special houses selfwinding Caliber 44, a chronometer-certified movement featuring a calendar known as a "large dial aperture calendar", made up of two distinct displays, obe for tens and the other for units. This extremely legible calendar is strategically placed at the dial center, underneath the Breitling symbol in 18Kgold. The classical configuration of the silvered totalizers at 3, 6 and 9 o'clock underscores the prefect balance of the dial. All hands are phosphorescent, including pointers on the totalizers. The Crosswind Special also features an elaborately designed case with shaped push-pieces and oversized crown. To ensure perfect aesthetic integration, Breitling has even designed a more angular profile for the Pilot bracelet.

Montbrillant 01 Limited
Breitling is writing a new chapter in the history of the Montbrillant chronograph by equipping it for the first time with Caliber 01, a high-performance movement entirely developed and produced in the company workshops. A limited series completely dedicated to style and accomplishment.
Endowed with a look inspired by the 1940s and 50s and featuring a circular slide rule for pilots, the Montbrillant chronograph was named after the building on Montbrillant Street, in the heights of La Chaux-de-Fonds, which housed the Breitling workshops from 1892 to 1979. It was in these premises that the brand developed the inventions and improvements that were to change the face of the wrist chronograph, including the first independent pushpiece (1915), the second independent pushpiece (1934) and the first selfwinding chronograph (1969). This was also where Breitling produced its first onboard chronographs that contributed to its status as “official supplier to world aviation” during the boom of air transport on propeller-powered and subsequently jet aircraft.
Today, the Montbrillant is associating its name with another milestone in the history of the brand with the winged B by hosting Breitling’s Caliber 01, the most reliable and efficient of all selfwinding chronograph movements, produced using a revolutionary assembly process. The Montbrillant 01 Limited is issued in twin editions of 2,000 in steel and 200 in red gold, with the individual number engraved at 9 o’clock on the case middle. The Mercury Silver dial features elegant hands, the traditional central hundredth of a second counter, and an 18K gold version of the stylized B that served as the brand symbol until the mid-20th century. A transparent sapphire crystal caseback provides generous views of Breitling’s Caliber 01, chronometer-certified by the COSC (Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute), with its column wheel and its original structure. A collector’s piece for all those with a love of history in movement.

Breitling for Bentley announces a new feat enriching the impressive track record of achievements by the British carmaker. Near Oulu in northern Finland, a special version of the Bentley Continental GTC Supersports set a new world speed record on ice by driving at the impressive speed of 205.48 mph (330.695 km/h), thereby shattering the previous record also set by Bentley with a Continental GT in 2007. The event, which was witnessed by journalists and specialists from around the world, took place on the frozen waters of the Baltic sea at extreme temperatures ranging from -30 to -20°C. In thereby testing its most powerful and fastest car ever in such extreme conditions, Bentley once again displays its supremacy in both technical and motorisation terms. Like all models of the Continental range since 2002, the Supersports is equipped with a Breitling dashboard clock. The record-setting driver, Juha Kankkunen, also wore a limited edition Bentley Supersports Light Body watch with an ultra-light titanium case, one of the new Breitling for Bentley chronographs combining exceptional performances with an unconventional look – and which is to be unveiled at the upcoming Baselworld 2011 watch show.

Caliber: Breitling 45 // Vibrations per hour: 28.800 // Jewels: 25
The imposing size of the Headwind by Breitling does not go unnoticed. But its stature is not the only thing that sets it apart: its aesthetic refinement adds just as much to its strength of character. Behind its elegant, sporting exterior lies a high-performance product endowed with the finest Breitling technology. Its mechanical selfwinding movement, Breitling Caliber 45, is equipped with a calendar showing both the date and the day. It is officially tested and certified by the Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute... as indeed are all Breitling movements. One also notes the luxurious finish on the dial, achieved by a sophisticated process known as "par epargne" on a silver or pure gold base, which is virtually exclusive to Breitling and lends an incomparable contrast. The steel or yellow gold case can withstand high pressures of up to 50 atmospheres, equivalent to a depth of 500 meters (1,650 ft). In the solid gold version, a titanium canister known as a "cassolette" is incorporated into the case in order to compensate gold's lesser resistance to pressure. Its screw-locked crown and screwed in caseback complete the Headwind's sturdy construction features. Read-off is facilitated by the generous size of the dial, hour-markers and hands.
