The Franck Muller Super Car Tour returned to Asia after the success 2008 inaugural rally. The event took place from November 2nd to November 7th with a magnificent line-up of luxurious rides through eastern borders from Singapore to Malaysia and Thailand.
Franck Muller’s Chairman in Asia, Mr Kevin Chau commented on the event that the rally returns for the second time and in a bigger scale as a form of appreciation to the esteemed customers. The rally celebrates the true spirit of Franck Muller and its legacy of excellence in watchmaking, he further added.
In a display of a mandatory stop for every Franck Muller watch collector and fellow car enthusiasts, the impressive convoy brougth together more than 30 elite super cars from Hong Kong, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, including models such as the Ferrari Superamerica F1, the latest Ferrari 458, Lamborghinis and Porsches. The total market value of these head-turning automobiles, which has been decked out in special customized car decals in the spirit of the rally, is estimated to be above 25 million Singapore Dollars.
The super cars spanned over 3,000 kilometers across regional borders, passing by the charming heritage town of Penang, and the iconic architecture wonder of Penang Bridge, the longest bridge in Asa. This much anticipated and unparalleled expedition has been as promised, a super car rally extravaganza that well reflects the marvel of Franck Muller, who has been dazzling the world as the “Master of Complications”.
