The Laureus Global Partner Watch-Drawing Partner Prize

Last month, little Sohel Abrar Khan was presented with The Laureus Global Partner Watch-Drawing Prize by Steve Waugh in Mumbai, his designed will now be featured in a special edition IWC watch.
Under the theme of “Time for Unity”, Sohel was the winner of a worldwide drawing competition for the design to be featured on the Ingenieur Automatic Edition Laureus Sport for Good Foundation. Legendary Australian cricket captain Waugh was in Mumbai to congratulate the youngster and present him with his prize.
The picture, showing seven young people who have gathered for a game of football, will be engraved on the back of the watch and a portion of the proceeds from sales is destined to help disadvantaged children in some of the world’s problem regions.
IWC Schaffhausen has been a Global Partner of the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation since 2005. The Ingenieur Automatic Edition Laureus Sport for Good Foundation from the IWC Vintage Collection represents a beacon of hope for a better future and it is limited to 1,000 watches.
