Jaeger-LeCoultre has create yet another piece of Haute Horlogerie, this time in the form of a minute repeater, the Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Grande Tradition à Répétitions Minutes.
The Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Grande Tradition à Répétitions Minutes is equipped with the Calibre 947, which consolidated its place in the history of watch sound when in 2009 Jaeger-LeCoultre unveiled the first minute repeater watch with a two-week power reserve combined with a regulator display.
Jaeger-LeCoultre specialists have studied each of the sound parameters so as to obtain the best possible combination. The result is quite simply breathtaking. The Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Grande Tradition à Répétitions Minutes produces a sound that has never been heard before in a wristwatch. With 64 decibels, durations of over 600 milliseconds and a richness of 9 partials, the sound produced surpasses any performance previously obtained with a wristwatch.

The choice of the French actress Elisa Sednaoui
Jaeger-LeCoultre opens a new page on its Reverso Virtual Museum from the wrist of French model and actress Elisa Sednaoui.
Elisa Sednaoui is a talented model and actress who was recently on French screen in Christopher Thompson’s first feauture film “Bus Palladum”. She also plays in the new Frederic Beigdeber movie “L’Amour dure trois ans”, to be released on January 18th, 2012.
Her choice when it comes to watches is the Jaeger-leCoultre Reverso Duetto Duo in pink gold and she says that the Reverso is the perfect combination of elegance, minimalism and modernity.
She will appear in the next Davide Manuali’s filme “The Legend of Kaspar Hauser”. Elisa Sednaoui also produced "Kollo Tamam" ("Tout va bien") documentary, which will be released soon.

Honoring a legacy of design with iconic style

Jaeger-LeCoultre, announced today the creation of a special limited engraved design of their iconic Reverso watch for a Grande Reverso Ultra-Thin Tribute to the award-winning AMC series "Mad Men."
The Swiss brand has created twenty five numbered pieces of the Jaeger-LeCoultre Grande Reverso Ultra-Thin Tribute to “Mad Men”. The limited edition will be presented in a distinctive, custom-designed walnut commemorative box featuring the Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce logo embossed on the top as well as hand-inscribed on the back of each numbered piece.
Each timepiece will also include a personalized commemorative letter from Roger Sterling, several high quality Jaeger-LeCoultre advertisement reproductions, pictures of the Grande Reverso Ultra-Thin Tribute to "Mad Men", and a copy of Roger Sterling's book "Sterling's Gold", autographed by show creator and executive producer, Matthew Weiner.
In a combination of the watchmaking art and craft design with one of most honored TV series with its foundations on the creative industry as well, the Jaeger-LeCoultre Grande Reverso Ultra-Thin Tribute to “Mad Men” limited edition will be released in February.
