PIAGET Polo collection
Cooperating for the time with the World Polo Tour, the finals of the Third Beijing International Polo Open Tournament recommenced last September, 17th. And Piaget is once again honored to be the official timekeeper of China’s top polo tournament. A collaboration date back to the late seventies, when the fourth generation heir, Mr. Yves G. Piaget's passion about polo led to the promotion of the game by the family name.
In 1979, PIAGET was inspired by the strength and beauty of polo andass a result, a creative watch was forged in real gold surfaced with chain belt: PIAGET Polo collection, sponsoring polo events around the world ever since.
PIAGET is in great support of promoting polo throughout China. As Chinese elites are improving their life quality, polo as an elegant international sport, has started to get engaged in the social and entertainment life for leaders from all walks of life. With PIAGET's enormous contributions, it is believed that polo sport will be well advocated with its charisma and eminence.
And the great star at the Third Beijing International Polo Open Tournament is Piaget’s Ambassador to the world of polo, Marcos Heguy, whose appearance has become the top spot of this world-class polo tournament. In an incredible ambassador role, Heguy is the captain of the Piaget Pilará polo team and also supervises the new Pilará-Piaget Polo School, a training centre that give instruction and coaching to a new generation of players.
