Corum Presents Admiral’s Cup Seafender 47 Tourbillon GMT
Complications in the nautical mode
Under the lema “complications in the nautical mode”, Corum presented the new Seafender 47 Tourbillon GM, which is destined to enrich the Admiral’s Cup legendary collection. A model that will combine the complications of a tourbillion and dual time zone to the sporty lines of an impeccable designed model, boasting class and energy.
The Admiral’s Cup Seafender features its tourbillon at 10.30 and the GMT function at 6 o’clock displaying the second time zone, powered by the automatic C0397 movement , beating at the frequency of 4 Hz (28,800 vibrations per hour). This sports tourbillon is also distinguished by its “turbine” design with a readable hour and minute dual time-zone display, positioned at 6 o’clock, omplemented by the three-quarter circular day/night indicator at 7.30.
The 47 mm case Admiral’s Cup Seafender Tourbillon GMT model is available in two versions. The first one has been designed with its case, bezel and crown guard in 7075 aluminum featuring an electro-plasma treatment that gives the material a dark gray shade with a Clous de Paris dial and skeleton hour and minute hands. The 18K gold version features hands and hour-markers in the same material and also superluminova treated. Both models are water-resistant to 50 meters and fitted with a crocodile leather strap complete with a folding clasp in grade 5 titanium or 18K gold.
