Omega celebrates the launching of the Westfield Stratford Boutique

Olympic Ambassador Jessica Ennis and local talent Professor Green host the evening

On December 8th, Omega, Official Timekeeper of the London 2012 Olympic Games, launched its largest boutique in Europe, the Omega Westfield Stratford Boutique, at the gateway to the Olympic Park.

Olympic Ambassador Jessica Ennis, one of the UK's gold-medal hopes for the upcoming Olympic Games, dazzled the crowd in a jaw dropping black and white ensemble. While Popular TV presenter George Lamb kicked off the festivities as invited guests drank champagne and Molecular Margaritas.

The unusual mix of celebrities from so many different professional fields led to some unusual encounters; for example, actor Benedict Cumberbatch was seen getting sporting tips from rugby union stars Rob Webber and Ollie Phillips. The eclectic gathering of party guests also included actors Tamzin Merchant and Freddie Fox, dancer Immodesty Blaize, promoter Henry Conway, menswear designer Patrick Grant, Olympic swimmer Mark Foster and athletics legend Linford Christie.

In an unforgettable evening, singer/songwriter Charlene Soraia brought her unique alternative folk stylings to the party, and Professor Green and DJ IQ brought the house down with a stellar dance set.
